The Hanover Insurance group is seeking a Recruiting Manager in our Worcester, MA office.

Job Summary:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and managing competitive and best practice recruiting efforts to strengthen The Hanover Insurance Groups' ability to attract, assess, select and retain diverse top talent. This position will lead and manage a team of Recruiters who are responsible for sourcing and securing talent. Position will report to the head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Core Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
: Responsible for performance and development of a team of recruiters.
: Develop and manage enterprise:wide candidate sourcing and selection strategies
: Ensures the effectiveness of key programs and initiatives such as: workforce planning; key supplier relationships and agreements; job posting program/ policy; and development of key measurements which assess overall recruiting effectiveness
: Work closely with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Unit Leaders to develop innovative recruiting solutions to meet the business' needs
: Sourcing Programs: Develop and execute a suite of solutions to identify a ready pipeline of talent (Lead generation, Disruption Readiness, Candidate Screening Solutions)
: Recruitment Marketing: Partner with cross:functional teams to help drive employment branding initiatives internally and externally to support candidate identification and selection
: Program Development: Participate in Enterprise Referral Programs (ERPs) through partnerships with internal and external resources that emphasize quality of referrals in addition to quantity
: Vendor Management: Monitor the performance of our candidate delivery vendors and actively manage them to close gaps
: Metrics: Produce monthly, quarterly and annual Recruiting Dashboard that educates t
